Hi Rachel! Some essential oils in Balance, like spruce, may support healthy circulation. Improved circulation could make the process of finding a vein smoother. Stress and anxiety can cause veins to constrict, making it harder to draw blood. Using Balance to create a calming atmosphere before a blood draw might help relax the individual, which can make veins more prominent and easier to access.

Functional medicine doctors are more well versed on this topic. So sorry that happened.

You don’t want to use oils on scars until all the stitches are removed and the wound is completely closed. You can apply oils around the area until then or on the opposite side of the body. May I ask, do you have an account with DōTERRA? Are you working with someone who is providing education and support on how to use your essential oils?

Clarify and Air-X are the same essential oil, they just have different names in different markets.

I no longer wear it. I lost it, but didn’t notice a difference with this. You might also check out the book “The Way Out.” It’s fascinating regarding the brain and pain.

Hi! Thank so much! I actually don't know. It was given to me as a gift many years ago. You might check AromaTools or OilLife to see if they have something similar. I will say, I got this diffuser recently from Amazon and love it. You can control and adjust it with an app from your phone and you can even set timers for it to start or stop. amzn.to/3TQduzp

You could, but that is a very thick carrier oil that also stains clothes. I prefer fractionated coconut oil since it doesn't have a strong scent and does not stain your clothes.
